~~ RAISING THE VIBES ~~

I find the World Wide Web a somewhat magical place, 
where our virtual selves connect instantly with virtual 
stores, virtual schools and virtual businesses. It's as if
our etheric body has a new extension that somehow
wanders out through the phone lines to interact with
other people's etheric extensions in a mythical etheric
realm somewhere in the middle.

And even knowing that my online adventures are being
delivered by a hunk of hardware lined up in a room with
a bunch of other rectangular boxes - even knowing that -
I still feel like I'm entering a brave new world where
anything can happen.

In many ways, the World Wide Web has taken on most
of the characteristics of the wide, wide world. But because
we're dealing with non-solid virtual extensions of ourselves,
everything happens faster - not quite at the speed of 
thought - but, man, we're getting close.

Blaster worms and peace prayers reach millions of people
in the blink of an eye. Business scams and breakthroughs
are instantaneously successful. The speed at which we
can destroy ourselves or rise to new heights is mind
boggling. And the manifestations of these opposing polarities
are showing up side by side, just like in real life - only 
faster - and quite often in our email boxes.

Those of us who feel we have a mission to heal or raise
consciousness should be right in our element on the WWW.
It's just energy, right? There are lots of ways to spread
healing energy on the Internet. We could use high
vibration writing, art or music; inspirational sayings,
articles and stories; even audio meditations on our websites.

All of these can be delivered digitally through a website or
email newsletter, and many people are doing just that. James
Twyman's emails (http://www.emissaryoflight.com) and Mike
Dooley's "Notes from the Universe" (http://www.tut.com)
raise my vibration noticeably every day, at least for a little
while, and I know there's lots more inspirational material
out there.

What are the ways you use to raise the vibes? And have
you mastered the technical aspects sufficiently to deliver
your message to enough people? 

Are you passing along your wisdom through an ezine or
in discussion groups? Is your website registered with the
search engines that count? Have you joined directories
and exchanged links with other websites?

Are you writing articles for the thousands of newsletters
that are looking for inspirational content? Are you
networking on the 'net? The World Wide Web offers
so much potential for raising the vibration of many people
very quickly.
